Private Yoga Lessons: Traditionally, yoga is taught in small groups and one-to-one. This allows the instructor to direct the session in such a way that best suits the student.

Beginners establish a solid foundation in the core techniques of the practice - this being the
precise breathing, movement and meditation.

• Experienced students including yoga teachers take private lessons as a way to refine their form and to get feedback and advice from a skilled eye.

• Students who are injured or have special needs take individual lessons to learn how to practice yoga therapeutically and adapt to their circumstances.

Japanese Restorative Massage
