Introduction to Mysore Course : Our comprehensive introduction is designed for those ready to graduate from standard yoga classes and develop a Self Practice. Intro courses will take place during normal class times and can be started at anytime. As a beginner, strive to practice 2 to 3 times per week in studio. You will gradually learn the various posture, breath, and meditation techniques that comprise Ashtanga. Contact us to get started.

Mysore Style
: The traditional class format in India focusing on individual guidance and adjustments within a small group setting. Start times are flexible, your practice time will be determined by the amount of the sequence practiced. Beginners through Advanced Levels are welcome. More on Mysore Style

Group Led Classes are offered from time-to-time at the shala and are generally two types: Counted vinyasa and follows the traditional method of guided Ashtanga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois: Postures are instructed with precise vinyasa counted in Sanskrit. Although this is an advanced level class, all levels are welcome. If you are just starting in Ashtanga, you may stop after your last posture and take rest. Technique Class provides instruction in the core techniques of Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga including breath, bandha, and concentration. Using these principles, we will detail the basics of yoga such as form and movement.
