The
Ashtanga Yoga Shala is located in the Professorville neighborhood
near downtown. We are on Melville Ave where it ends at Embarcadero
Rd.
It is a convenient bike ride or walk from any place in downtown
Palo Alto or the Stanford campus. If traveling by car, you will
turn onto Waverley then onto Melville (see the map above). There
is ample parking on the street.
The practice room is located on the side of the building and
upstairs.
