Loosening up the Neck & Shoulders with Adarsh

An in depth look at the workings of the neck, shoulers, and rotater cuff. This workshop will use anatomy, yoga, and stretching to access greater strength and flexibility from these muscles of the upper pole.

Let go of tension and correct postural imbalance using the time tested method of yoga and the breakthrough techniques of Active Isolated Stretching.

You will be instructed in the essential anatomy of the neck, shoulder, and rotator cuff and pick up a variety of simple techniques to greater strength and flexibility in the upper spine.
